Add new menu items and toolbar buttons to Internet Explorer.

Explore Start
Almost equivalent to rebooting Windows. Explorestart is a very simple utility that simply restarts Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer. When you run this tool, all instances of Explorer (explorer.exe) and Internet Explorer (iexplore.exe) are terminated instantly, and a new instance of Explorer is created after a few seconds.
