Save All Attachments At One Time in MS Outlook
It can be a real drag when you receive an email with several attachments and you want to save them all. If you are like most folks, you save each attachment by itself.
Well, I'm here to tell you that you don't have to do that! No, sir! There is an easy way to save all of your attachments in one fell swoop as long as you are saving them into the same folder!
Follow the steps below to learn how:Select the email with the attachments you would like to save.
- Click on the File menu.
- Click the Save Attachments menu.
- When the submenu opens, it will list all of the attachments and at the bottom, you should see All Attachments.
- Click on All Attachments. The Save All Attachments dialog box will then appear, which will allow you to modify your choice from All, to one or some of the files. You can use your CTRL key to deselect an attachment if you really do not wish to save each and every attachment.
- Once you have highlighted the attachments you would like to save, click OK.
- You will then see a window that is exactly like all Windows where you save files. Using the drop-down arrow, navigate to the folder where you want to save your files.
- Click OK.
That is certainly a much easier way to approach this task, don't you agree?
